Eating right ain't easy

You can say that again. Eating right ain't easy. Over the last couple of days I've been eating a little irregularly. Indugled in some soya chips last night too. Not the end of the world, but need to be more careful in spacing between meals; for some reason I've been getting fairly hungry so have been having a protein bar extra, by parts, over the whole day.

Also, have been eating sooner than every 90 minutes sometimes. Not really overeating, bur irregularly. Have to try and eat more wholesome stuff, more regularly. Though eating protein won't harm much, but getting used to out of time snacking isn't a great idea. And plus, those bars have all sorts of ingredients; processed food always does. Healthier to grab something fresh or more natural perhaps? Perhaps I should get chana back into my life as a snack - it's the least harmful way with green tea to stay out of harm's way? It's okay to have the bars when there's no option.
