Trying to go every 3 hours

With meals that is J

 

That seems to be the best solution really. And I am easing up a little bit on myself as well, don’t have to be so uptight about sticking to the diet since don’t want the body to get used to too little food or food that is “normal” – so eating broadly right should be enough. As much as possible one has to get 3-4 days of workouts in and calorie overloads and deficits have to be calculated in terms of weeks rather than days.

 

Also eating small meals often will keep everything going good so if it’s the occasional amount of rice /other unsuitable food, one shouldn’t worry.
