Self training

Second day of self training today - worked on the back, full routine from 10 PM to 11 PM. It's been interesting to try and do this without Ali but I think it was about time. The important thing is to watch the form really closely and avoid any sort of injury. Proper form, figuring out the right weights - not too light or too heavy - and 15 reps each set.
