Lavash at night!
Just had a whole packet of lavash at 2 am.
Carbs at night - the best way to lose shape on that body you've worked so hard to get.
You've had a easy week with a little bit of cheating, now back to the basics.
Any cheating to be done during the day. The night is for sleeping!
