Critical mistake - going hungry.
Today made the critical mistake. The last straw really. Went hungry the WHOLE day.
If these and other transgressions continue, all that I have worked so hard for, will disappear.
Time to get life back on track. And stick to the diet plan RELIGIOUSLY. NOW.
