Let's see how the rest of the day goes. Am taking too many liberties. And this is to do with not being psycho about the diet anymore. Got to be psycho NOW when I'm off the workout and relax when the workout resumes.
Simply put, my attempts at dropping 20 kgs over the course of a year and the things that accompany it. The obsession with every factor involved in fitness, the compulsive calculation of calories and the psychological discipline required in understanding yourself. Losing weight, getting fit - it's an extreme sport.

Another awful diet day
Traveled to Bangalore and had an awful day trying to manage the diet. Breakfast at 6 am with Weetabix was ok, but had to make do with paneer paratha at 9 am on the flight. Then had some oily fried nuts and biscuits at 12 noon (!!), a tiny bite of a muffin at 1.30 pm and then finally am waiting for a real meal (wholemeal tuna sandwich) at 3.30 pm.
