It's all fine about eating more and putting weight back on and all that, but have to curb late night snacking especially since it tends to be carbs like lavash and chana.
Keep it light and sleep on time. Eat fruit or snack very lightly, in controlled measure, on chana in combination with milk or yogurt only 1.5 hours after the previous snack at the very least. Keep snack portions in mind.
Simply put, my attempts at dropping 20 kgs over the course of a year and the things that accompany it. The obsession with every factor involved in fitness, the compulsive calculation of calories and the psychological discipline required in understanding yourself. Losing weight, getting fit - it's an extreme sport.
