AT 78.5 kgs but complacent now?

Went on a holiday so was on a layover from exercise for 15 days. Came back and am finding the routine quite tough, though we did 3 light ones for the first week. Haven’t been doing the aerobic routine at all (walking/running) since I’m anticipating the swimming to take over, but that’s just wrong. I’m going today for the walk and will test my feet with a 2 round run at Jogger’s Park. Also I have stuck to the diet so far but am I getting complacent with in-between meals chomping of soya chips and the like? It’s not about the calories but about avoiding bad habits – and what’s more, the chips are not genuine “diet” at all but have plenty of vegetable oil content. Watch out! Have to keep the weight off for a full year. Celebrations only on 15 Jan 2009!
