Under 39
4 kms in 38:50 comfortably, chart 2 first level comfortably. Weight 104.5 kg, not bad from 122 kg once upon a time. MOTIVATION FACTOR: the Suzuki 500 cc bike is only 20 kgs away – and if I follow Dianne's routine I can do it in another 4 months!
