Under 37!
4 kms in 36:45 but including. 500 mtr jog. However, not bad. Also fit into the last Lee 38-34 jeans today. Still on stage 1 of chart 2 on 5BX but it's all coming good. CAUTION: SNACKING ON TOO MUCH FRUIT. NEED TO CHECK AND FIND ALTERNATIVES.
