Fat intake

Need to watch the fat intake – while bulking up means I have to eat more, must watch the tendency on relaxing the diet. Eating more is right, but that eating has to be right eating. High quality carbs and proteins. Not trash such as tandoori chicken slathered in oil or tasty protein bars with 16 gms of fat in each.

 

Must be careful.

 

Also important to take care of abs. have been skipping the abs workout, must ensure it happens twice a week – and despite the 4 days training, must do one day of cardio for 30 mins.
