Must watch tendency to snack on carbs like chana and lavash at night - only sparing amounts will do. Also I do have to increase my diet a tiny amount but it should not result in heavier dinners - night time needs to be very light and balanced. Add to the diet in day portions only!
Simply put, my attempts at dropping 20 kgs over the course of a year and the things that accompany it. The obsession with every factor involved in fitness, the compulsive calculation of calories and the psychological discipline required in understanding yourself. Losing weight, getting fit - it's an extreme sport.

Evening meal and one day of cardio
May be overdoing the evening meal – perhaps over-compensating and having too heavy an evening meal. Try and keep it sufficient but light before you get used to a heavy evening. Also need to get that one day or running/swimming going for sure.
