Everything going okay so far, except in between I return to too much snacking on chana. That's a minor thing but must get hold of it. I think that's also happening because I am often feeling a little too hungry despite my meals, maybe it's time to let loose a little. I'm afraid of doing so in case the weight bounces back - that's an irrational fear. Also, getting bored of the Jogger's Park routine so have to find something new and exciting to replace it - which will survive even when my general life routine gets tougher. The BBC is a cakewalk so I can easily manage the fitness at the moment. What happens when I get to 15 hour days?
