Yesterday (15 September) was session# 4 with Ali. Paid the full fee for 12 sessions on 10 September (session 1 was on 8 September).
Simply put, my attempts at dropping 20 kgs over the course of a year and the things that accompany it. Shoulder injury!
Just goes on to show that you can’t take weight training lightly at any point of time no matter how many months you have been training for. Proper form and knowledge of a routine is very important. Working with a floor trainer at Gold’s (a terrible gym), after the chest-tricep workout, he over-stretched my left shoulder and I’m left nursing an injury. Hope it’s not too serious and gets better before I have to miss a session or two because of it!!
