Oversnacking on chana

Need to watch this – had stopped this habit but it returns occasionally whenever there’s enough stock of chana. The problem is not just with the salt and calorie intake but also with the fact that it screws up the 3 hour meals schedule. I’m having now to delay my evening meal from 5 PM to 6 PM and that in turn means dinner will be later. Have to watch it. Snacks in small measure only and high quality. Go for the egg whites that usually go wasted everyday.

Gap before dinner

Trend: 3 hours between meals is becoming 3.5, sometimes even 4 hours. Must avoid. Especially happening for dinner on non-workout days.

Perhaps because of that I chewed up one half of a protein bar - right after a full dinner. Must check this.

On the good side, been off nachni chips completely for 2 weeks now and also there's better intake of water.

Must also avoid a little bit of the "diet" bhel that I've been indulging in at Gaurav's and the supari etc.; instead can have fruit or other wholesome snacks. A little bit, but only a little, of chana is ok.
