First day of real(chocolate) indulgence in Scotland

Had my first real day of total indulgence yesterday. Had a rich breakfast with chocolate bread, lots of M&Ms, chocolate Mars Planets (most of those while watching Lost on DVD), ate a pie the previous night, had two half pints of ale, a whisky, skipped a meal, you name a bad eating habit and I did it.

Time to return to the regular schedule beginning Sunday. Find healthier alternatives like roast chicken and wholemeal bread, or salads.

Considering I have been off the gym for some time, need to go easy and experiment less!

Careful!

Positively gorged on chana at night - despite a timely nice dinner. Alarming. Have got to stop the mindless snacking happening recently - if hungry, think, consider and grab a measured snack. Look at things beyond chana and carbs like lavash; have a fruit or low fat yoghurt, or skimmed milk.

Also important to get in one day of cardio in each week. Act on this!
